Common questions

How do I get started with PinkoQR?
Create an account and choose your plan. You'll be guided through adding your first branch, generating QR codes, and building your menu. Setup takes under 10 minutes for most restaurants.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Does PinkoQR require customers to download an app?
No. Customers simply scan the QR code with their phone's camera. The menu opens instantly in the browser — no app download or account creation required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept QPay, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed securely and receipts are sent automatically to your registered email.
Is my restaurant's data secure?
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption, SHA-256 hashing for scan tracking, and strict access controls. Your menu data and customer interaction data are never sold or shared with third parties. You own your data.
How long is the setup process?
Most restaurants are fully live within 10–15 minutes. Our guided setup wizard walks you through every step, and our support team is always available if you need assistance.
